These terms explain how you and we place orders, ship, return, and communicate.
Read them with the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If a dedicated policy page covers a topic in more detail, that page controls.

We sell pet and home products to adult buyers in the United States.
2. Agreement
By browsing, placing an order, or emailing us, you confirm that you have read these terms.
If you do not agree, do not place an order.
We do not use hidden terms to take away rights that consumer law expressly gives you.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and use a real, deliverable U.S. address.
Do not buy these products as toys for children. They are pet products, not children’s toys.
4. Product information
We describe items from current samples, specifications, and photos.
Color, stitching, and size may differ slightly from what you see on a screen. The physical item controls.
Normal wear from chewing, play, or cleaning is not a defect.
If a title, photo, and description do not match, email us before you pay.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order and begin processing or shipping it.
We may cancel an order for lack of stock, an obvious pricing error, an undeliverable address, or suspected fraud.
If we cancel, we refund amounts already paid and email you.
6. Price and payment
The price is the amount in U.S. dollars shown at checkout.
Standard shipping to the contiguous United States is $5.99 on orders under $35.00 and free on orders of $35.00 or more.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout when the destination requires it.
Payment is handled by a payment processor. We will not ask for a full card number by email.
7. Shipping
Orders ship from Renfrew, Pennsylvania.
Processing usually takes 1–2 business days after payment.
Standard transit in the contiguous United States is usually 2–7 business days. Combined delivery is usually 3–9 business days.

8. Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the Return and Refund Policy.
Unused items that meet the hygiene rules can be refunded to the original payment method.
We pay return shipping for defects, shipping damage, or wrong items.
You pay return shipping for other returns.
Items used with a pet, items with bite marks, and opened catnip-filled toys usually cannot be returned, except where the law requires it.
9. Use and safety
You are responsible for using the product as described and for supervising your pet.
Check seams, filling, squeakers, feathers, suction cups, blades, and moving parts before play or use.
Put the item away if your pet is a strong chewer, swallows non-food objects, or is left alone with the product.
Nail clippers, spray brushes, hair-removal brushes, and litter scoops are tools, not toys.
Except for liability the law does not allow us to limit, you are responsible for injury or property damage caused by misuse, lack of supervision, or a pet’s individual behavior.
We do not give veterinary advice.
10. Reviews and messages
Please review products only if you bought them.
Do not send abuse, false complaints, or repeated harassment.
We may keep order-related messages for support and fraud prevention, as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
The Mcelpaw name, product photos, and listing text belong to us or our licensors.
Do not copy them to run another store or ad campaign.
If you submit a review, you allow us to display it in the store.
12. Liability
For a paid order, our basic responsibility is to deliver the item you bought or to refund or replace it under our policies.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed work, extra travel, or lost profits, to the extent the law allows.
We do not exclude liability that the law makes mandatory, including certain product-quality rights, personal-injury claims, or harm caused by our willful or grossly negligent conduct.
Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties. If your state has that rule, the rule in your state controls.
13. Disputes
Email service@mcelpaw.com first with your order number and a short description. We will try to resolve the issue directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania and by any consumer-protection rules that must apply in your state.
You may still use small-claims court or a consumer agency where the law allows.
These terms do not require binding arbitration and do not ask you to waive a class action.
14. Updates
We may update these terms. The new version applies to later orders.
Orders already placed follow the terms in effect when you paid.
